“What happens when a cop is charged with assaulting a protester? In the Philly police union, he gets a t-shirt in his honor.” - Philly Mag

On June 1st, a Temple student protesting was assaulted by inspector Joseph Bologna, resulting in 10 staples to a head wound caused by this officer’s baton. According to video and witnesses, including a city official, interviewed by The Inquirer, inspector Joseph Bologna’s aggression toward Evan Gorski didn’t occur after rioting or looting. This was just plain police brutality and abuse of power.

The Philadelphia Police Union has been selling shirts to show solidarity for Bologna, so we the people Of Philadelphia are selling a shirt to  raise money for Black & Brown Workers Coop, an organization working directly to dismantle rampant systemic racism and improve the lives and working conditions of BIPOC in Philadelphia.

This shirt is drawn & designed by Brian Dicola and printed by Camden Printworks.
